MMCH covers approximately 80 thousands population with the catchment of 6 VDCs of Kathmandu namely: Chhaimale, Talku Dundechaur, Dakshinkali, Sheshnarayan, Setidevi, Chalnakhel and neighboring VDCs of Lalitpur District and Makawanpur namely: Ghusel, Devichaur, Sisneri, Kulekhani, Markhu, Phakhel, Chitlang etc.
